Parvin Ahmadi has served children and adults in CA public schools for thirty-seven years with the last fifteen years as a superintendent. Her mission is clear- do right by children, every single one! As a fierce advocate for children she has advocated at the local and state level for improving the quality of education with a clear mission of equitable outcomes for all children. 

 

With a systems thinking growth mindset, Parvin Ahmadi has been able to bring people togethers to see and analyze the intricate connection within and outside of the system and work together for equitable academic outcomes and students' wellbeing as the highest priorities! She focuses on results and uses research based approaches to help identify barriers to equitable outcomes for children. She believes in building capacity to co-create solutions and build welcoming spaces where everyone feels a genuine sense of belonging.

Parvin Ahmadi has spent thirty-seven years building: a fierce, personal commitment to ensuring every child is fully seen, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed.

Parvin began her career as a classroom teacher in San Jose before moving through every level of school leadership in Fremont USD, then serving as Superintendent of Pleasanton USD and, for the last decade of her career, as Superintendent of Castro Valley USD.

With a systems thinking growth mindset developed through collaboration with the Society of Organizational Learning and MIT's Peter Senge, she brings people together to see the intricate connections within and outside the system — and work together toward equitable academic outcomes and student wellbeing as the highest priorities.
